The importance of guiding and providing pastoral support to boys and young men throughout their secondary schooling cannot be overstated. Pastoral Leadership requires shared responsibility and works best in collaboration. Heads of House are responsible for working with staff to monitor the learning, wellbeing, and holistic development of all students in their House.
The Head of House will monitor the learning, welfare, and holistic development of students within their House, with other staff in this space. They will work to build relationships and effect the College vision and will have an inclusive interest in whole College matters. The Head of House will work cooperatively with colleagues who are involved in the academic development and welfare of students.
