Rostrevor College provides a dedicated College Bus Service for students.
Where possible the College Bus Service picks up and drops off at, or very close to, established bus stops.
Prior to using the service, an Agreement Form must be completed for each student at the beginning of the school year.
BusMinder
As a parent, BusMinder Parent app enables you to view the real-time location of your child’s bus, their boarding location, and whether your child is on board.
How does the system work / what will my child need to do?
As students board the bus, they tap their Student ID card against the BusMinder unit which records their name, location and boarding time and debit the ticket cost from the pre-paid credit which is loaded onto their account. This ‘tap’ will provide parents with information that their student(s) have boarded or departed the bus via the BusMinder app notification.
Students must have their current Student ID card for travel. Replacement cards can be purchased through QKR!.
How do I install and use the app?
The secure, user-friendly BusMinder Parent app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store (for Apple devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices). The College will setup your account and a login email will be sent to you.
If you require access, please email bus@rostrevor.sa.edu.au with your son(s) name, your preferred email address and mobile number.

Note: the booking function will not be used by the College.

Bus passes and payment
Ticket payments will be managed through the secure BusMinder app and can easily be topped up at any time.
Please see a short, “how to” video below on adding payment details, topping up your account and how to set an automatic top up to your student account.

Where possible the College Bus Services pick up and set down at, or very close to, established bus stops as indicated on the timetables attached in the Bus Brochure.
Please note all buses depart the College at 3.30pm each afternoon (except for scheduled early finish)

I can’t log in?
Please check that the email address the school has on file, only email address that have been allocated to a student will be able to access the app
My Credit Card or Paypal account won’t work?
Please check card details are current, if you have further issues please contact the College
I can’t see my route?
Please check that your location settings on your device are turned on.
I am not getting any notifications?
Please check that you have allowed notifications on your device.
